Historic Office Restoration, Savannah
Heart-pine plank ceilings installed and finished above restored corridors, then carried through to the conference room, stair hall and wainscot panelling.

Retail & Service Center Fit-Out, Savannah
Full interior fit-out from the double-height storefront through the offices and back-of-house, plus pressure washing across the service bay floors.

Mixed-Use Development, Charleston
Exterior painting on a six-storey mixed-use block, taken from bare sheathing at street level to finished facades above the ground-floor storefronts.

Café & Retail Fit-Out
Hospitality build-out with painted brick, custom colour millwork and a striped feature wall. Counters, shelving and joinery finished to match the interior design package.

Stairwell Refinishing, Savannah
Back-of-house stairwell brought back to service: brick arch and walls cut in by hand, treads refinished in deep navy.

Mixed-Use Block Construction, Savannah
A full street block taken from bare framing through to finished facades — masking and coating brickwork, drywall and interior finishing, then the painted storefronts and townhouse elevations. The lead pair is shot from one camera position: drag it to wipe between the timber structure and the finished charcoal elevation.
